• KIDS OR ADULTS CELABRATIONS DM TO ORGANISE !!!
• Please bring any clothing you’re comfortable in for the sauna and wet room
• Disposable underwear are provided and modest wear available too for hammam treatments
• Swim wear for kids if you add them on

Helpful tips before your Hammam visit:

• Please avoid waxing or shaving and applying oils and creams for 2 days prior to your appointment!
• Bring swimwear
• take all jewellery off if possible for best treatment experience
• KID Add on age 2-5 £15 ages 6 – 12 £20 13 – 15 £ 30 ( this is for you to be able to come with your children OR young adult . This is not for a full treatment but they are welcome to join you in a hammam treatment . For example in the sauna or wet room and for the Moroccan tea and treats !

• Cancellation & Refund Policy

  To secure your appointment, the full cost of the treatment is payable at the time of booking.

• • Client Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a 90% refund (10% will be retained as a cancellation fee).

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

  • Business Cancellations (by me):

    • If, for any reason, I need to cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at a convenient time.

    • Please send a email when cancelling a booking
    • Also if your over 15 mins late do expect your appointment to be moved to another day if it effects my other clients .
    • Walk-ins are welcome if I’m available
