Benefits include reduced water retention, bloating, sinus congestion, fatigue, and headaches. It also supports immune health and whole-body balance.
Deep Tissue Massage	15min30 min / 1 hour	£20£35 / £60	Targets chronic tension and muscle knots using deep, slow pressure. Time is spent where your body needs it most, and this can also support emotional release and healing. All massages include hot mitts and essential oils for added comfort and grounding.

Hot stone massage 1hr £65  Relax and unwind as warm basalt stones melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, and promote deep relaxation. A soothing full-body experience that leaves you refreshed and restored.

Wood Therapy work it out massage 1h £70  This intense sculpting massage uses specially designed wooden tools to reduce cellulite, tone the body, and improve circulation. Wood therapy helps break down fat and stimulate lymphatic drainage, leaving your skin smoother and your body feeling more contoured and refreshed.

Hot stone bench oil massage 1h £50

Experience the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation with our signature Hot Stone Bench & Warm Oil Massage. Performed on a heated natural stone bench, this luxurious treatment combines the grounding warmth of the stone surface with the soothing flow of aromatic warm oils.

As your body relaxes on the gently heated bench, skilled hands use smooth, heated stones and long, flowing massage strokes to melt away deep tension and stress. The warm oil enhances circulation, hydrates the skin, and nourishes your body, while the heat from the stone bench penetrates deeply, encouraging full-body relaxation and muscle release.

Note: I have often helped clients release trapped emotions during these sessions. I work intuitively and energetically and differently on everyone, and at the end of the treatment, we use incense to cleanse the energy, leaving you lighter and more balanced.

    To secure your appointment, the £20 cost of the treatment is payable at the time of booking.

  • • Client Cancellations:

      • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a 90% refund (10% will be retained as a cancellation fee).

      • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

    • Business Cancellations (by me):

      • If, for any reason, I need to cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at a convenient time.

      • Also if your over 15 mins late do expect your appointment to be moved to another day if it effects my other clients .
