Includes deep double cleanse, Roes water toner, neck and face massage, kessa exfoliate, Rhassoul clay face mask, Prickly Pear hair oil scalp massage followed by Sidr hair mask olive soap wash out and a relaxing shower finished with Prickly Pear face cream and Moroccan tea and treats .

Please ensure any jewellery can be removed, if possible, to allow for the best quality treatment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To secure your appointment, £20 cost of the treatment is payable at the time of booking.

- Client Cancellations:
  - Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a 90% refund (10% will be retained as a cancellation fee).
  - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
- Business Cancellations (by me):
  - If, for any reason, I need to cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at a convenient time.
  - Please send a email when cancelling a booking
  - Also if your over 15 mins late do expect your appointment to be moved to another day if it effects my other clients .
  - Walk-ins are welcome if I’m available
